Job Summary
Coordinate daily maintenance and operational activities across the automated site while leading and coaching technicians through hands-on guidance. Respond to system faults, outages, and escalations to maximize equipment availability, and monitor maintenance activities using the CMMS for accurate reporting. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Support the Shift Leader in achieving key performance indicators related to system performance and customer satisfaction within a 24/7 rotating roster.
Required Qualifications
- Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline
- Experience working within automated warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Previous experience leading or mentoring technical teams in a fast-paced operational setting
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to interpret equipment diagnostics and performance data
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
