Job Summary
Deputy Sales Manager responsible for pursuing sales leads and achieving personal sales objectives with the product range in the assigned territory, developing and penetrating target markets, coordinating with customer services/supply chain/logistics, assisting in product promotion and trials, identifying and attracting new customers and distributors, negotiating and closing deals, providing market intelligence, and ensuring smooth sales operations with knowledge of flooring, waterproofing, grouts, and sealants. Requires BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering and 5–8 years in construction chemicals; location: Indore, MP, India; in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- BE / Diploma Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Construction Chemicals
- Good knowledge about Flooring, Waterproofing, Grouts, Sealants
