Job Summary
Deputy Restaurant Manager based onsite at Riverstone Living – Bishops Avenue, London, overseeing event delivery and guest experiences for a luxury residence/venue. Responsibilities include managing inquiries via phone and email, anticipating client/guest needs, gathering and acting on feedback to enhance experiences, conducting site show rounds for prospective clients, coordinating menu tastings and tailoring events to client expectations, identifying marketing opportunities to boost event uptake and brand awareness, maintaining high service standards, coordinating catering services for corporate and social events, overseeing event setup and service flow, and collaborating with culinary, sales, and event teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and brand standards. The role emphasizes hospitality leadership, project management across multiple events, and a strong customer service ethos. Working pattern is 20 hours per week over 2 days out of 7, with bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a senior hospitality/events role
- A BSc/BA in PR, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
