Job Summary
Manages clerical, technical, and customer service tasks to support the preservation and access of Duchesne County’s official land and legal records. Works with records management systems, imaging technology, and digital filing, with exposure to GIS and property-related systems. Provides accurate public service to citizens, title companies, surveyors, attorneys, and government agencies. Offers structured advancement through Deputy Recorder I, II, and III levels and opportunities to grow in land records, mapping, and state statutes. Emphasizes accuracy, integrity, and commitment to public service.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in records management, title work, or administration (preferred)
