Job Summary
Conform medium to large projects to client requirements, meeting scheduled milestones and budget constraints while overseeing subconsultant selection and delivery. Develop detailed scopes of work, budgets, and schedules; provide ongoing communication to the team and direct project execution through all phases. Negotiate scope and fees with the client, recommend alternative solutions, and serve as the primary point of contact for status updates and quality control. Mentor junior project managers and identify process improvements to enhance production and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited program
- 12 years relevant experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Passion for project management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
