Deputy Project Manager

Conform medium to large projects to client requirements, meeting scheduled milestone dates, internal and external budget constraints, and participating in the selection of subconsultants and delivery of a quality project. Determine client needs and expectations, oversee the project to ensure all needs are met, including establishing and communicating project requirements and ensuring the team delivers a final product which meets the requirements and maintains client satisfaction. Develop a detailed scope of work, budget, and schedule, provide ongoing communication to the project team, and direct the project team through all phases of the project to achieve the desired results within the established budget and schedule. Negotiate scope and fee with the client, serve as a point of contact for the client and the liaison with the project team throughout the duration of the project, and identify problems with the production and delivery process to affect improvements.
