Job Summary
Deputy Project Manager (DPM) with a TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance to support a national digital exploitation/OSINT program in Bethesda, MD. Lead coordination of program deliverables, schedules, and milestones; assist the PM in day-to-day execution; manage risk and blockers; prepare status reports and briefings; facilitate TEMs and customer engagements; track staffing, onboarding, and security/clearance activities; and act as PM when needed. Involves collaboration with software development, network engineering, Agile delivery, data analytics, QA/CM, and program controls; on-site work with occasional remote tasks depending on client requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or additional years of experience in lieu of degree)
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience supporting technical programs
- Experience leading or significantly supporting cross-functional technical teams
- Experience working in Agile environments (SAFe or similar)
- Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a Polygraph
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, GitLab
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- Master’s degree in a related discipline (preferred)
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM), scheduling, and program controls (preferred)
- Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) customers or DOMEX-related missions (preferred)
- Experience with Configuration Management documentation and/or System Architecture (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to prepare and deliver program status reports, briefings, and customer-facing updates
- Ability to represent the program in customer engagements and interface with customers
