Job Summary
Deputy Program Manager to lead a 40+ person team supporting the PdM TENCAP under PEO IEW&S, on-site at the U.S. Army Geospatial Center in Alexandria, VA. Responsibilities include assisting in identifying requirements with PdM TENCAP leadership, analyzing program requirements and allocating personnel/resources, and serving as Senior Analyst/Subject Matter Expert. Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with 15+ years of DoD/IC program management experience, including 8+ years in acquisition leadership; Master’s Degree (or equivalent experience) and recommended DAU Level III or PMP certification. The role supports rapid development and modernization of Army capabilities through the TENCAP program.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Minimum of 15 years of project management experience
- Experience leading DoD/IC programs/projects
- Eight years in acquisition project management in DoD/IC with engineers, analysts, financial, and PM personnel
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent work experience)
- DAU Level III certification in Program Management or PMP certification recommended
