Job Summary
Plan, authorize, and monitor engineering work by managing a team of top talent while ensuring the total system is integrated, tested, and verified. Lead the development of high-reliability space hardware with extensive experience in global positioning satellite systems and space material procurement. Apply advanced technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Quantum Physics to solve missions in cyber, RF, undersea, and interstellar space. Train the right candidate and provide technical leadership to experienced staff in a collaborative environment. Based on the Scottsdale, AZ campus, this role offers a 9/80 flexible schedule with every other Friday off.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field
- 5+ years of job-related experience
- Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
