Job Summary
Deputy Program Manager supporting the TTB OCIO, focusing on operational execution, onboarding, GFE provisioning, and schedule risk management across multiple workstreams (App Dev, InfoSec, Infrastructure). Responsible for QA/QASP/QCP artifacts, MSR and Period of Performance reporting, and acting as secondary IPT point of contact to keep Government stakeholders apprised of risks and progress. Requires strong experience with federal IT programs, scheduling tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project), TBM cost reporting, and the ability to produce comprehensive status updates while maintaining strict SLAs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor�s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in federal IT project or program management
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project) and TBM cost reporting frameworks
- Proven ability to manage onboarding pipelines, track complex deliverables against stringent SLAs/QASP metrics, and author comprehensive status reports
- U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Alien with at least three (3) years of U.S. residency and able to obtain a government suitability clearance
