Job Summary
Lead end-to-end cross-functional construction programs using a formal PMO process; facilitate charter development and integrated timelines; ensure schedule adherence and issue escalation; run regular status reviews with project teams; collaborate with core team to develop solutions and guide project delivery; produce PMO reports including status updates and updated Gantt charts; may manage a team delivering a portfolio of projects; serve as client point of contact and escalation for staffing or delivery matters; requires active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI; bachelor’s degree; 2+ years leading projects >$500M; 3+ years managing construction projects; 8+ years leadership; 1+ year budgeting; strong communication, analytical, financial, and MS Project skills; travel up to 10% as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience leading projects over $500M
- 3+ years of experience managing construction projects
- 8+ years of leadership experience
- 1+ year of experience with budget execution
- Top Secret (TS) security clearance (active) with ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI
