Job Summary
Oversee program performance across all locations to ensure Task Order compliance and quality control while monitoring operational activities for adherence to contractual requirements. Implement quality assurance processes, recommend corrective actions, and develop lessons learned to facilitate communication of outcomes. Identify functional areas for improvement, propose solutions, and recommend streamlined methods to increase efficiency. Support the Program Manager, including serving as Acting Program Manager in their absence, and attend conferences to stay informed on National Guard Bureau communications. Ensure virtual and in-person classrooms meet safety and security standards.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of all Transition Assistance Program activities, and services.
- A strong understanding of family readiness programs, Financial Education programs
- Interpersonal skills and team building skills to effectively take part in instructional duties for National Guard Family Readiness Program staff instruction
- Knowledge of standing operating procedures and the ability to interpret guidance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Power Point, Excel, Word, Access
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields or a related field: counseling, behavioral/social science, HR management, or education
- At least three years' relevant experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing the same or similar work
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Pass an employer background check
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and must be able to drive a rental car
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred with a strong training background utilizing the ADDIE methodology
