Job Summary
Lead the Program Management Office to manage operations and deliverables supporting IT services for Department of State users. Provide multi-disciplined management services across customer portfolios, maintaining common tools and processes for project tracking. Employ systematic IT project management functions by coordinating with Government representatives for execution and documentation. Facilitate collaboration between Enterprise Operations and Product Teams to align operational requirements and deployment timelines. Support data sharing and electronic transfer initiatives with interagency partners including DHS, DOJ, and DoW. Manage and process data from the USCIS CLAIMS system and other approved electronic means. Represent Department of State technical interests on relevant interagency calls. Requires 12+ years of experience, PMP certification, and Top Secret clearance.
