Job Summary
Deputy Production Chief for 17/24K EC Industrialization responsible for driving industrial plans for engineering changes, leading a technical team, and coordinating with IPMT, PW Operations, and customers to ensure production readiness and risk mitigation. Role emphasizes program management, cross-functional collaboration, development of relationships across organizational levels, and interface with the customer on industrial plans, with a focus on delivering on-time production for common core parts & modules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field OR Master's degree in a STEM field
- Minimum 12 years in engineering/manufacturing/shop operations/quality/supply chain or closely related field (or 10+ years with Master’s)
- Demonstrated experience in program management
- Demonstrated experience in developing relationships and lead technical teams
- Experience leading and managing a technical team; credibility across organizational levels
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
