Deputy of Residential Services

Oversee day-to-day operations of Community Living Arrangements, Continuous Residential Support, and wraparound day service programs by supervising Residential Directors and ensuring compliance with DDS policies and legal confidentiality requirements. Lead staff meetings, manage master schedules, and drive Quality Assurance processes including licensing packet submissions and QSR recommendations. Facilitate resident intake and discharge, coordinate with DCF, school systems, and clinical providers, and deploy staff during emergency situations. Conduct monthly manager meetings, develop policies, and exercise personnel authority for hiring, promotion, and discipline while addressing performance concerns. Represent the agency at external meetings and maintain professional relationships with participants, families, and providers.
