Deputy Nursery Manager

Support the Nursery Manager by deputising in their absence and overseeing operational responsibilities to ensure the highest standards of care and education. Promote the health, growth, and development of every child by following the Early Years Foundation Stage, planning activities, and implementing childcare legislation updates. Maintain safeguarding policies and procedures while driving exceptional quality standards in line with the Nuffy Bear Ethos. Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals to uphold the nursery's mission within Nuffield Health's fitness and wellbeing centres.
