Deputy Nursery Manager

Create an environment that supports the individual needs of all children while maintaining systems to monitor, evaluate, and improve childcare quality. Maintain effective communication with children, staff, parents, and carers, and ensure practices meet Early Years Foundation Stage requirements. Assist in agreeing and reviewing individual targets with staff and assume playroom and additional management responsibilities when required.
