Job Summary
Deputy Nursery Manager role based in Crouch End, London. Lead day-to-day nursery operations, support quality teaching and learning, uphold EYFS/Ofsted compliance, manage staff through supervision and training, and act as Designated Safeguarding Lead. Responsibilities include safeguarding, health and safety, risk assessments, parent partnerships, curriculum delivery, learning journeys, staffing/resource management, and driving occupancy growth. Requires Level 3 childcare qualification (minimum) and management experience in Early Years; Level 2 Maths/English (functional skills) if applicable. Sponsorship is not offered.
