Job Summary

Maintain the Compliance and AML Frameworks by monitoring FSRA regulations, ADGM laws, and internal policies while identifying and reporting regulatory risks. Develop and execute the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan, conduct reviews and testing, and prepare management information for the Board. Support AML/CFT and Sanctions oversight through client risk assessments, due diligence reviews, and SAR/STR assessments. Act as deputy to the MLRO when required, receiving and assessing internal suspicious activity reports, and assist in determining external reporting obligations. Provide day-to-day regulatory advice on client acceptance and KYC remediation, and support the effectiveness of transaction monitoring and screening controls. Assist with regulatory inspections, audits, and financial crime reviews while maintaining appropriate records relating to suspicious activity reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 3-5 year of experience Compliance or related fields
  • Strong regulatory judgment and independence
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Stakeholder management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to ensure compliance while supporting business needs
  • Solutions driven critical thinking, with the ability to adapt to change
  • Strong English

Desired Qualifications

  • Professional certification (CAMS/ICA) preferred
  • AML/CFT experience in financial services
