Deputy Medical Superintendent

Manage the daily operations of the hospital ward, overseeing staff scheduling, resource allocation, and patient flow to ensure safe and efficient care delivery. Coordinate with nursing teams and medical staff to address urgent clinical needs, resolve conflicts, and maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulations. Lead shift handovers and conduct regular quality assurance audits to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. This role reports to the Medical Director and works within the main teaching hospital unit. Full-time employment with on-call rotation required.
