Job Summary
Review and validate distributor volume reports against predefined control points to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify and resolve data issues such as missing product IDs, inactive records, and system errors while coordinating with distributors for corrections. Troubleshoot system errors to meet defined SLAs and manage setup requests through the SPA inbox. Support new distributor onboarding by configuring account hierarchies and maintaining store lists to ensure data flows correctly into reporting tools like Power BI. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, DMO, and Analytics teams to maintain compliance with SOX controls. Ensure timely processing of all tasks while adhering to strict deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year College Degree in Business, Finance, or comparable field; or equivalent work experience
- 4-6 years of experience in Data Operations Finance/Sales
- Good data skills and ability work through large data sets
- Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel
- Strong communication, team work and collaboration skills
- Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams
- Be flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities
- Good time management skills
- Proactive, responsive and results driven
- Fluent English written and verbal skills required
