Deliver an amazing guest experience by ensuring every visit to Las Iguanas is memorable. Take ownership and accountability by making key decisions when leading shifts or in the absence of the General Manager. Lead and motivate the team by building a positive work environment, helping to train and develop team members. Ensure restaurant safety and standards by keeping operations legal, safe, and efficient. Be commercially aware by understanding how decisions impact the business and helping drive performance and profitability. Work within a 45-hour contract with quarterly bonuses and access to Tronc.
