Job Summary
Demonstrate construction products at new and existing customer sites to drive sales growth and conduct laboratory testing for specific customer requirements. Record, analyze, certify findings, and prepare result summaries while troubleshooting complaints to determine root causes. Provide on-site technical support to customers and contractors, assist the sales team with product sampling and demonstrations, and present technical product information at customer offices. Maintain customer activity calendars, engage with authorized applicators, and capture periodic feedback on product performance. Stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscape changes to initiate necessary actions.

- Demonstrate suitable construction products for customers
- Proactive sampling
- Speedy complaint resolution
- Maintaining RCA & Product Application training for customers
- Maintain customer activity calendar
- Product demonstration at new & existing customers
- Conduct Laboratory testing relevant to customer requirement
- Record, analyze, certify and prepare summaries of findings
- Maintain records of the results
- Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems of complaints
- Provide technical support to customers /contractors on site
- Provide support to Sales team to conduct product sampling/ demonstration at site
- Stay abreast of market trends as well as changes in market and competitive landscape
- Initiate necessary actions
- Capture & share periodic customer feedback on product performance
- Periodic Engage with Sika authorized applicator base
- Technical Product presentation at customer site/ office
