Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader in a supported living setting, ideally providing support to clients with forensic mental health challenges
- Extensive experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Level 5 Qualifications in Health and/or Social Care in Adult Care or commitment to pursue it
- Excellent understanding of CQC requirements
- A strong grasp of safeguarding, compliance and the highest care standards
- A track record of effectively leading and motivating care teams
- Familiarity with liaising with clients about services users
- Desirable: A full UK valid driving licence
- Lives within a 30-minute commute / drive to Epsom
