Job Summary
Provide leadership for all operational supply chain functions across the health service, ensuring the continuous availability of clinical and non-clinical supplies to support patient care. Develop and implement operational plans aligned with organisational priorities while monitoring performance against KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. Lead supply continuity planning during emergencies, disasters, and critical incidents, establishing service standards that promote operational excellence through innovation. Manage inventory, warehousing, receiving, distribution, and replenishment of medical, surgical, pharmaceutical, and non-clinical supplies to maintain cost-effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Health Management
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, TechnologyOne or equivalent ERP platforms
- Membership of a recognised procurement or supply chain professional association
- Experience within public health procurement and supply chain management
- All appointments are made subject to a satisfactory Police Record Check
- An Immunisation Status Clearance
- A Working with Children Check (if applicable)
