Job Summary
Support the General Manager in delivering store performance through clear priorities, floor leadership, and consistent follow-through. Use KPIs and store insight to take quick action, ensuring merchandising reflects best sellers and trends while maintaining high visual standards. Drive strong routines across stock flow, replenishment, and stockroom organisation to maintain availability, alongside operational oversight of security, cash procedures, and health & safety. Coach and motivate teams on shift, support recruitment and onboarding, and contribute to succession planning and hours budget planning. Lead from the shop floor in this fast-paced, trend-led environment to deliver an inspiring customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment in a supervisory or management role
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence taking action on the shop floor
- A calm, clear leadership style with the ability to motivate and align teams under pressure
- Strong standards across operations (stock, shrinkage, cash, compliance)
- Strong fashion and trend awareness, with the ability to translate insight into action on the shop floor
- A commitment to inclusive leadership: building engagement, developing others and creating an environment where people feel respected and supported
- Ownership and integrity: you follow through, take responsibility and lead by example
