Deputy Manager - Quality

Deputy Manager - Quality responsible for monitoring product quality on Thermocouple and Harness production lines, performing in-process and final inspections, and supporting CAPA activities. Will assist with First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation, maintain quality records per AS9100D and internal systems, support internal and external audits (e.g., NADCAP, AS9100), track quality KPIs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet quality objectives. Desirable exposure includes basic Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques (radiographic preferred), familiarity with NADCAP, AS9100, and tools like 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams, control charts, FMEA, and capability analysis.
