Job Summary
Deputy Manager - Production oversees quality product manufacture (tablets and capsules) on shift, allocates workmen across workstations, ensures uninterrupted operations, and supervises line operations with participation in validation as per protocol. Maintains c-GMP practices and documentation, fills checks BMR/BPR, and supports SOPs and cGMP systems. Provides on-the-job training and induction for new joiners, monitors machine speed and output, handles minor parametric adjustments, and assists in calibration, batch-changeovers, and related QA activities. Requires B.Pharm or B.Sc. and experience in pharma manufacturing, with familiarity of ISO 14000/13485, EHS, 6S, and related documentation and compliance.
