Deputy Manager - OT Security Specialist (SCADA)

Deputy Manager - OT Security Specialist (SCADA) responsible for OT security architecture, governance, and operations across wind, solar, hydro, and manufacturing sites; lead deployment and validation of OT security controls; coordinate with OEMs, EPCs, and O&M teams; monitor configuration and secure IT–OT interfaces; drive incident response, audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance (IEC 62443, CEA, NCIIPC); develop documentation and perform training for site engineers and contractors; 3–7 years of OT security/ICS/SCADA cybersecurity experience in renewable energy or critical infrastructure; strong knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA), security solutions (firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, secure remote access), and governance frameworks.
