Job Summary
Deputy Manager of Operations to lead an offshore delivery hub across Client Onboarding & Maintenance, Trade & Investment Operations, Post-Trade Operations, Payments & Banking Operations, and Regulatory, Risk & Compliance in a Capital Markets context. Drive leadership and mentor offshore teams, act as liaison between onshore stakeholders and offshore delivery teams, and push process improvements and automation to ensure SLA adherence and high-quality outcomes. Required strong domain experience in Banking/Financial Services operations with focus on multiple capital markets functions, offshore/shared services management, and global stakeholder communication; MBA or professional qualifications preferred; experience with SWIFT, trading platforms, and reconciliation tools is a plus. Hires from Hyderabad, India in a globally distributed operational model; in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Banking / Financial Services Operations with focus on Capital Markets / Asset Management / Investment Operations
- Expertise in Onboarding, Trade, Payments, Compliance
- Proven experience managing offshore / shared services operations
- Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-border teams
