Manage project sales for export-grade, factory-assembled diesel generator sets serving large-scale industrial power needs across India. Lead the transition from electrical contracting to comprehensive solutions by securing single-window support and warranty packages for global clients. Leverage strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to execute sales strategies, utilizing fluent Kannada, English, and Hindi to engage customers. Apply analytical capabilities to drive growth as the company expands its reach beyond the South.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- ideally in a contracting, construction, engineering, or related organization
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- excellent interpersonal skills

- essential analytical capabilities
- fluent in Kannada, English and Hindi
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of other regional languages
