Deputy Manager/ Manager - EHS & ESG

Lead and manage compliance with national EHS regulations and ISO standards (9001/14001/45001) through internal and external audits, risk assessments, and documentation. Coordinate with external certification agencies for surveillance and recycler audits; maintain audit records and ensure timely closure of non-conformities. Support ESG compliance, onboarding of recyclers, and regular audits of existing recyclers to ensure ongoing compliance; facilitate training attendance and data analysis related to waste disposal. Requires B.Tech/BE in Safety & Fire Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Mechanical, with preferred NEBOSH IGC and Lead Auditor certifications; willingness to travel PAN India for vendor onboarding. Flexi work hours and multi-role exposure are offered within the Noida, Uttar Pradesh location.
