Deputy Manager Maintenance

Oversee Safety, Health, Environment, and Plant Engineering activities across all company facilities to ensure resource uptime. Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve MTBF while reducing MTTR and breakdowns. Develop departmental objectives and KPIs aligned with manufacturing goals. Implement industrial excellence initiatives including 5S, autonomous maintenance, and critical spare parts management. Manage statutory compliance and sustainability efforts for energy and water conservation. Execute preventive maintenance contracts for critical and utility equipment, oversee layout changes, and handle civil structure maintenance. Lead installation and commissioning of capital equipment projects delivered on time and within budget. Ensure adherence to IRIS, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001 system procedures.
