Job Summary
Deputy Manager leading a 20-30 member team in Life & Annuities with inbound international voice in Pune; responsibilities include achieving SLA targets, effective team allocation, regular performance reviews, and driving process improvements (ISO 9001, Six Sigma). Liaise with multiple departments to garner support, manage pipeline-quality and new projects, ensure timely reporting, and implement rewards/incentives. Build domain knowledge in life insurance/annuities, ensure risk controls, manage attrition, and support migration efforts. Strong communication, governance of QA, and experience in contact-center or related operations are desirable.
