Job Summary
Deputy Manager responsible for leading/executing Internal Audit and Advisory engagements with end-to-end delivery, supervising engagement teams, coordinating with other service lines, and developing strong client relationships. The role requires CA/MBA with post-qualification experience, experience in internal audits of manufacturing clients (preferably with Big 4 or large consulting firms), strong knowledge of processes, risk management across operational areas, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while mentoring teams. The incumbent will lead internal practice improvement initiatives related to quality, risk, and people, and is expected to work from the client’s location/office.
Required Qualifications
- CA or MBA with post-qualification experience
- 4 years experience in Internal Audit
- Experience with Big 4/Large consulting firms
- Experience in internal audits of manufacturing clients
- Experience in compliance / internal audit / risk management function of operations
- Strong knowledge of processes and systems
- Risk management across operational areas
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects including team management
- Leading/execution of Internal Audit/Advisory engagements
- End-to-end delivery including supervising engagement teams
- Coordination with other service lines
- Establishing client relationships
- Supporting partners in client relationship management
- Leading internal practice improvement initiatives (quality, risk, people)
- Developing and mentoring teams
