Job Summary
Deputy Manager – Insurance Operations in Gurugram, hybrid role. Responsible for process and client management within a growing insurance-operations team; contribute to developing training content, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving performance to meet SLAs. Role involves problem identification and preventive measures, cross-functional collaboration, and onboarding ramp-up to independently manage processing with limited support. Must lead and develop teams, with strong communication and facilitation skills, and ideally have US insurance process experience; insurance-related certification is a differentiator. The team works in a hybrid model with in-office requirements three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in leading team and people management
- Excellent communication skills
- Good facilitation skills
- Problem solving skills and reasoning ability
- Program Management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Ideate and identify opportunities
- Any Insurance related certification (preferred)
- US insurance industry and process experience (preferred)
