Job Summary
Support the General Manager by taking control of the business, managing and developing a team, and driving business development across hospitality, events, and customer service. Lead daily operations with confident decision-making skills while taking ownership of problems to strengthen and develop The Rising Sun. This role offers a supportive environment with access to industry-leading training, a 25% discount on food and drink (increasing to 40% after five years), and a fair share of tips paid weekly. Full induction and training are provided, alongside options for Wagestream earnings and healthcare cash plan access after one year.
Required Qualifications
- A keen understanding of hospitality across the board
- Someone who can motivate, manage and develop a team
- The ability to take control of the business and support the General Manager
- A capable leader who will relish the responsibility of running the business
- A confident manager with great decision-making skills
