Job Summary
Deputy Manager in Regulatory and Financial Risk based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include building relationships with teams and clients to exceed expectations; conducting industry and company research; developing expertise across industries; evaluating fraud risk and its impact on financial analyses; applying analytical skills to regulatory reporting tasks (including RBI returns like ALE, RAQ, ROR, RCA III, CRILC); identifying gaps and trends in data and documents; interacting with clients and external sources to obtain information and assist in detecting and preventing fraud; reading and analyzing legal documents to understand financial impact; organizing observations for client deliverables; participating in client meetings and traveling to client locations as required; collaborating with internal teams and regulators; supporting data quality checks, BRDs, SOPs, and automation; understanding RBS data requirements and delivering regulatory submissions; managing multiple stakeholders and presenting insights to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- CA / FRM / MBA (Finance) from a recognized institute
- 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting in regulatory reporting role
- Regulatory Reporting within a Bank or NBFC
- Experience on regulatory transformation or large-scale reporting projects
- Exposure to regulatory audits or RBI inspections
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
