Job Summary
Deputy Manager responsible for leading a care team within a specialist residential service for autism and challenging behaviour at Cherry Tree House. 32 hours per week in a part-time capacity. You will provide safe, sound and supportive care, act as a role model through effective leadership and management, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities and regulatory bodies to deliver high-quality service. The role requires strong line management and communication skills, experience in social care, and a proven ability to coordinate with varied stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
