Job Summary
Deputy Manager – Controls Sales North leads solution sales across BMS/IBMS projects (FAPA, ACS, CCTV, Physical Security) with responsibility for order booking and revenue, generating leads to order closure, and managing tenders (major private). The role requires strong technical aptitude, collaboration with local consultants, and familiarity with ELV/MEP contractors. Verticals include builders, developers, hospitality, healthcare, pharma, and commercial sectors. Must be able to travel within the assigned region (Punjab, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan). Base location is Gurgaon or Chandigarh. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline and 7-10 years of experience in this field. Proficiency in presenting to customers and pricing systems, plus knowledge of BMS, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and other physical security systems (e.g., baggage scanners, boom barriers, turnstiles). Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years experience in Solution Sales of BMS & IBMS (FAPA, ACS, CCTV, Physical Security) project sales in the industry
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related discipline
- Experience with ELV Consultants, ELV/MEP Contractors
- Ready to Travel
- Strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience pricing systems for customers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Region Handling – Punjab, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan
