Deputy Manager - City Fulfillment

Deputy Manager – City Fulfillment role focused on end-to-end fulfillment of credit card applications across retail sales channels. Responsible for managing a team of contracted staff (doc boys) to collect KYC and surrogate documents, complete MID, monitor cost per application within budget, and ensure adherence to processes to prevent fraud and data leakage. Includes territory allocation, route planning for staff, MIS data sharing, and driving adoption of technology changes in the fulfillment process. Requires knowledge of credit card sales, fulfillment workflows, and strong emphasis on productivity, quality, and compliance.
