Job Summary
Manage platform operations for the Cloud marketplace, including catalog management, pricing setup, and ticket resolution to ensure SLA adherence. Lead API integrations with partner ecosystems to automate order provisioning and billing workflows while reducing manual dependencies. Drive end-to-end onboarding of new vendors, configuring pricing structures and facilitating platform training. Configure and manage SKU-level pricing and discount frameworks to maintain compliance. Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, and Legal teams to enable scalable growth and efficient lifecycle management across cloud transactions.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in platform operations, integrations, or partner ecosystem roles
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in cloud / SaaS / IT distribution business preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft CSP / Partner Center ecosystem (preferred)
