Deputy Manager - Area Sales

Area Sales Manager (ASM) in Distribution Sales leads a team of NFTEs comprising RMs, TLs, RE and operations resources to drive sales of SBI Card products across geography. Responsible for managing PSA sites and open market distribution points, coordinating with tele-sales campaigns, ensuring high conversion and faster disbursement of card applications, and driving customer acquisition and cross-sell. Oversees digital enrollment processes (EKYC, VKYC), maintains compliance with internal guidelines, and conducts frequent field/f2f visits to expand retail footprint. Focuses on talent placement, coaching NFTEs, and achieving metrics for new accounts, premium accounts, COA targets, and overall sales growth. Requires a Graduate/PG qualification and experience in sales leadership within BFSI/retail sectors.
