Deputy Manager - Agency Management (Recoveries)

Manage collections processes for an allocated portfolio across assigned CD/Area, driving targets for resolution, normalization, rollback, and absolute recovery. Conduct timely portfolio allocation to vendors and NFTEs, oversee field visits and customer calls in Collect24, and ensure proper documentation. Formulate tactical incentive plans, monitor NFTE ACR CAPE, and maintain process hygiene while adhering to SVCL guidelines and data security protocols. Raise red flags for portfolio deterioration or fraud and ensure customer complaints are closed within timeframes. This role supports SBI Card's digital payment initiatives and focuses on portfolio recovery metrics including resolution rates and rupees collected.
