Job Summary
Deputy Manager – Agency management, Collection Field West: Responsible for the management of all collections processes for the allocated portfolio in the assigned CD/Area, including driving performance through field executives and callers; formulate tactical short-term incentive plans for NFTEs to increase productivity; oversee onboarding/offboarding/renewing vendors, ensure 100% data security and timely closure of customer complaints; ensure compliance with SVCL and MOUs; monitor NFTE CAPE, DRR, and settlement waivers, and drive portfolio health through field visits and documentation in Collect24.
