Manage all collections processes for an allocated portfolio by conducting timely vendor allocation, driving resolution and recovery targets, and ensuring strict adherence to compliance guidelines and data security protocols. Formulate tactical incentive plans for field teams, conduct critical account visits with proper documentation, and raise red flags for portfolio deterioration or fraud. Oversee vendor onboarding and offboarding due diligence, monitor NFTE performance metrics, and ensure all customer complaints are closed within timeframes while maintaining process hygiene across agencies.
