Deputy Manager- Administration & Facilities

Deputy Manager Administration & Facilities Management for SKF Pune (GCC) is responsible for overseeing facility management and administration across the Pune site and other sites via site administrators. Responsibilities include facility management functions (housekeeping, transportation, front office, guest/visit management, telecommunication services), security arrangements, supervision of facilities staff and external contractors, office space allocation, service contracts management, and maintaining accurate financial and non-financial records. Lead budgeting, cost-saving initiatives, and project management for site expansions, renovations, and new FM services. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinate with internal teams and external authorities, and manage ISO/internal audits. The role requires 12-15 years of FM/administration experience, Bachelor's or Master's degree, and preferably experience in IT/ITES or manufacturing environments, with strong leadership, communication, and multi-site coordination capabilities.
