Job Summary
Develop a comprehensive recruitment and marketing plan to meet student admission targets across all lines of business. Lead conversion activities by attending events, discussing with potential students and parents, and offering education guidance. Monitor application and admission trends to report on recruitment phases to the Regional Recruitment Office. Manage assigned country budget allocation, prepare forecasts, and launch new programmes in-country. Identify and maintain relationships with embassies, government agencies, and private sector companies for internship and sponsorship opportunities. Differentiate SIM's in-market value proposition against competitive offerings while managing strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of managerial experience leading and developing cross-cultural teams in business development, account management, sales management, or related functions
- Proven track record in driving business growth, managing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and building long-term strategic partnerships
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders across different countries, cultures, and business environments, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships effectively
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams to deliver strong performance while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Experience in developing and executing market expansion initiatives, partnership engagement strategies, and client retention programmes
- Strong relationship builder with the ability to establish trust and credibility with institutions, recruitment agencies, and stakeholders
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve business growth, revenue targets, and strategic objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker who balances long-term business objectives with day-to-day operational priorities
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence outcomes and manage complex discussions effectively

- A business or communication undergraduate degree
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Singapore's Private Education sector and the Transnational Education (TNE) landscape
- Familiarity with higher education institutions, international student recruitment, academic partnerships, articulation pathways, or education-related business development activities
- Proficiency in Korean
