Deputy Imaging Manager

The Deputy Imaging Manager will provide operational leadership and clinical oversight of Imaging Services across Cleveland Clinic London’s site network, deputising for the Clinical Manager and guiding both technical and administrative teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality imaging care. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting departmental performance using data-driven analysis, leading service-improvement initiatives, workforce planning and recruitment, staff development and education, ensuring staff competency and training in line with CQC requirements, and contributing to budgetary management and resource allocation. The role requires collaboration with clinical and non-clinical teams, maintaining professional practice and compliance with national regulations, and providing visible leadership to deliver excellent patient, consultant, and visitor experiences. Core hours are Monday to Friday with flexibility for out-of-hours support as needed. The position emphasizes clinical leadership, operational efficiency, and development of a high-performing, multidisciplinary imaging workforce, leveraging advanced imaging modalities (MRI, CT, Interventional Radiology) to drive service excellence.
