Job Summary
Deputy Head Pastoral - Secondary at Durham School for Girls (Doha, Qatar) to provide strategic leadership of pastoral care for the secondary section, lead safeguarding and student wellbeing initiatives, oversee the well-being of staff and students, drive CPD and professional development, collaborate with SLT to implement a distinctive pastoral vision, manage student leadership and behaviour, and ensure alignment with UK/International educational developments and ISP leadership competencies.
Required Qualifications
